This unique custom designed table combines the best features of a prep table and a refrigerated worktop.  Its spacious 66 x 34 work surface wraps around the central 22 x 14 ingredient condiment compartment. 

The large undercounter refrigerated space includes a swing door on the left and two slide-out drawers on the right.  Each drawer accommodates a standard full-size (12 x 20 ) #400 pan. 

The ingredient compartment can fit either a single full pan or the equivalent volume of smaller pans with divider bars (bars not included).
